About me

Since graduating from TriOS College in 2022, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients of all stages of life. After completing the massage therapy program, I chose to advance my studies with Osteopathy. I’m currently attending the program at Sutherland-Chan School of Osteopathy, with an expected graduation in 2027.

I was first introduced to Osteopathy at the age of 13, as a competitive dancer and gymnast struggling with injuries that wouldn’t heal. After experiencing the results of osteopathic treatment, I knew that this was the path for me.

Massage Therapy also played a key role in my recovery and injury prevention growing up, and I quickly developped a great appreciation for it. I’m passionate about continuing to learn more of how the body functions and how I can best support your recovery, movement and every day well-being.

Dance has always been a significant part of my life and it is what led me to this profession. Since becoming an RMT I have shifted my role at dance to teaching - and I find so much joy in watching my dancers grow, thrive and reach their goals.

In my free time outside of work and school, I enjoy going for walks with my puppy, spending sunny days at the beach and relaxing with friends and family.

My Approach

I’m deeply passionate about studying osteopathy and incorporating its principles into my practice. I focus on advanced massage techniques aimed at supporting the body’s overall alignment and addressing the root cause of discomfort. My treatments include fascial release, joint mobilization, stretching, and more - with the intention of relieving tension, alleviating pain, and helping to prevent future injuries.

I love working with clients of all ages, and especially passionate about helping children. Having personally experienced the benefits of massage and osteopathy growing up a competitive athlete, I’m passionate about helping kids in similar ways. I work with many dancers and gymnasts, as well as children navigating growing bodies and active lifestyles.

I offer pregnancy massage, TMJ treatment (jaw pain), scar tissue work, post-concussion support, and more!
